Thanks for the comment. I've learned most of what I try to accomplish with my photos from looking at the work of others. I took a course in the history and theory of photography at Carleton University, but I don't have any technical training. Really, I just look at things through my lens and try to capture what fascinates me. And sometimes I'm just trying to emulate my heroes.
This is one of your best shots, if not your best. The lighting is perfect, and how it captures all of your building is striking. It gives the object a plasticine glow.
You can feel warmth in the image which really coincides with what you feel when you are welcomed into the building. Depending on who you are visiting I suppose.
